No. The deck file is made in your browser and goes straight to your downloads. Cards reach a server only if you press Save to Winda, and then only your Winda account.
Double-click it, or in Anki choose File, then Import, and pick the file. It arrives as a new deck with the name you gave it.
Anki makes a second card for each pair that shows the definition and asks for the term. It helps with vocabulary. Winda doesn't use it.
Yes, with no account and no limit on how often you use it. Saving to Winda needs a free Winda account.
If you study from reading, Winda writes new cards from the articles and PDFs you open, and reviews them on the same schedule as the cards you brought over.
