When the Quizlet add-on for Anki fails
An Anki add-on can import a Quizlet set from its web address, but Quizlet often blocks it. These errors come from the Anki forums and the add-on's FAQ, each with its fix.
A 403 error, or the import stops at the audio
Turn off Download audio and turn on Skip errors. Quizlet usually blocks the audio files, not the set.
"Sorry, it's behind a captcha", or "Access to this page has been denied"
Quizlet showed the add-on a captcha. Turn off your VPN if you use one, as the add-on suggests. If the error stays, use the add-on's Page html field: press Open html, view the page source, copy all of it and paste it into Page html.
KeyError: 'FrontText' or 'BackText'
The add-on's note type, Basic Quizlet Extended, was edited. Rename it in Tools → Manage Note Types, and the add-on makes a new one on the next import.
Errors with two Quizlet importers installed
Keep only one enabled. The one still maintained is "Quizlet to Anki 2.1 Importer with audio support" (code 1362209126).
For other errors, the add-on's author keeps a list of known problems and answers questions on GitHub. If the set is one you made, the export above skips the add-on and the captcha. Read the add-on's FAQ

No. The deck file is made in your browser and goes straight to your downloads. Cards reach a server only if you press Save to Winda, and then only your Winda account.
Double-click it, or in Anki choose File, then Import, and pick the file. It arrives as a new deck with the name you gave it.
Not with this converter. Quizlet exports only the sets you created. For a public set made by someone else, use the Anki add-on, which reads the set from its web address.
Anki makes a second card for each pair that shows the definition and asks for the term. It helps with vocabulary. Winda doesn't use it.
